After it was discovered that the renovation done by the previous owner was not to code, the new owners were forced to gut the entire apartment. This was after the Kitchen cabinetry had already been ordered by the client. Perianth Interior Design was asked to re-create and improve the space, while incorporating as much of the previously ordered cabinetry as possible into a new layout.
Through careful design consideration and space planning, all but one of the cabinets that had been previously ordered was incorporated into the new plan and the client was very happy.
